July 15, 2024 John Leucht Stroke Recovery

This is John on July 15, 2024. He is in a rehabilitation facility, and has speech, physical, and occupational therapy several times a day. He is still unable to his right side. His swallowing is improving, so he is off the feeding tube. He can have thick liquids and small soft bites of food. He is often frustrated (of course!) and confused, and his speech is greatly affected. But, he still says “I love you” loud and clear.
