#SharingHealthyRecipes - Blue Corn Tortillas



Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 cup blue cornmeal
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp juniper ash (optional)
2 cups very warm water


Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add water to mixture and knead until dough forms. Cover dough and let it set for 15-30 minutes. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Flatten tortillas to the size of your hand. Cook until golden brown spots appear on one side. Then flip and cook the other side until done.


Makes 8-10 tortillas. Serving size: 1 tortilla
