The voice assistant (voiceover) feature is for the vision impaired and it will talk back or repeat everything you click. This will work for the Samsung Galaxy s5, s6 s6 edge, s7, s7 edge, s7 active, s8, S8 plus, s9, s9 plus, s10, s10 plus, s10e, Note 5, Note 8, Note 9, Note 10, Note 10 Plus, J7, J5, A10, A20, A30, A40, A50, E7, etc, etc. Let me know if you still need assistance.

Important Note: If  you have Bixby enabled you can tell him to "turn off voice assistant) too.
