I tend to get too much in my head and think too much about the ‘rules & guidelines’ - about the more technical parts of how to build a playlist & class. Don’t get me wrong this is all super important as well, but when your stuck it’s so important to tap into that magic, that fire, that spark that you bring as an instructor.

In the end it’s not only about the rules and guidelines when it comes to creating a class, but also about the expierence you get to create, about all the feelssss 💛
