Throughout my pregnancy, I focused on self-care and made sure to nourish my mind, body, and soul. I share some of the practices that worked best for me, including yoga, heartfulness meditation, and healthy eating habits.
As my due date approached, I also took steps to prepare for my hospital stay and the birth of my baby. I show you how I decorated my hospital room to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for both myself and my new arrival. @DEEPANKARBANERJI
