This year, 2023, the legendary NYC Restaurant Daniel, celebrates its 30th anniversary. Daniel Boulud is certainly one of the most hard working and successful Chef Owner Operators in the business. Over the course of his long, storied, and still vibrant career he has mentored countless chefs who came up through the ranks and have gone on to do great work on their own. We spent an entire day in the various kitchens, from the AM opening crew through dinner service with this legendary Chef and his team to capture the magic.
