If you need to move your Linux Operating System drive to another computer or maybe need to replace a failing hard drive before your data gets corrupted, you can easily clone your OS hard drive so you can use it with a different disk. This also comes in handy if you need more disk space but want to keep your current Linux installation. You will need to download the Clonezilla software and then use your preferred method to get it on a bootable CD or flash drive and follow the prompts to clone your hard drive.
