Chocolate Eclair
No bake dessert on a dog day summer day....nothing better and Grma Jayne says "Oh yum !!"
2- 3.4 oz Instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk
1-8 oz Cool Whip
Beat pudding dry mix and milk together and fold in Cool Whip
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with honey graham crackers
Spread on half of pudding/Cool Whip mixture and then place another layer of graham crackers on top of that...repeat one more time ending with graham crackers
Make some chocolate ganache ...8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips/1/ c Heavy whipping cream or Half & Half...melt but don't boil and it thickens as it cools.
Let ganache cool ...then frost and cool in fridge for 4 hours.... absolutely refreshing, delicious and to die for !!!!!! 1-2-3...everyone scream "OHHHHHH YUMMM !!!" LOL
