Standard Terminal Arrival Routes (STAR) control the flow of inbound traffic into busy airports. When you're cleared to "descend via" a STAR, you'll need to be aware of exactly what's expected of you.
We'll examine these STAR procedures in detail, and the various ways ATC will instruct us to perform them.
