Everyone knows it: a glass
Everyone knows it: a glass of wine with a sandwich are the ingredients of happiness and there's no need to go far from home to discover delightful wonders.
We went to Northern Piedmont to find some excellent local producers to recover the ingredients of our sandwich and also to be told how they are made: gorgonzola, salam d'la duja, mostarda and obviously a good bottle of pure Nebbiolo.
