Recipe for Koshary: An Egyptian Street Food

One of our absolute favorite recipes growing up, and the most popular Egyptian street foods!
Everyone has been requesting for this recipe, we called our mom and started recipe testing with her! We are excited to say that we finally got it right!

It’s loaded with brown lentils, rice, chickpeas, fried onions, and pasta. The key flavor boosters are the tomato and cumin sauces.

This recipe is completely vegan. It’s got plenty of plant-based protein and fiber!
