China's Xi Arrives in Kazakhstan, Meets President Tokayev

Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the 24th meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Astana, Kazakhstan, according to a statement from China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Video shows Xi arriving in Kazakhstan and meeting Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
