Ingredients:
10 bone-in, skin-on, chicken drumsticks
2 eggs
3 tbsp cream
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp cake
1/2 tsp paprika
14 oz milk (400ml)
10 oz water (300ml)
1.5 cups vegetable oil for frying (300ml)
This is a very tasty drumsticks fry recipe. Kids love this crispy chicken drumsticks dish. You can cook this chicken recipe as a main dish. We marinated the chicken drumsticks with milk and fried them in a pan.
