செய்முறை
1. மிக்ஸியில் ஊறவைத்த பச்சரிசி, ப்யாத்கே மிளகாய், ஊறவைத்த உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, தக்காளி, பூண்டு, கல் உப்பு சேர்த்து விழுதாக அரைக்கவும்.
2. பின்பு பாத்திரத்திற்கு மாற்றி 1 மணிநேரம் புளிக்க வைக்கவும்.
3. பிறகு தேவையான அளவு தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி கலந்து கொள்ளவும்.
4. தோசை கல்லை சூடு செய்து மாவை ஊற்றி தேய்க்கவும்.
5. சுற்றிலும் நெய் விட்டு ஒரு பக்கம் பொன்னிறமாக வெந்ததும் மறுபக்கம் திருப்பி போடவும்.
6. தக்காளி தோசை தயார்!
