Australia's Abandoned Railways: Queensland's Beaudesert Line

There are many abandoned railway lines in Australia, one of which is the former line from Bethania to Beaudesert, in southeast Queensland and on the southern outskirts of the city of Brisbane. This line lost its passenger traffic in 1961 and farewelled its last freight train in 1996. Today, much of the line has been removed, although the formation is relatively easy to find and a handful of structures survive.
