Iced caramel macchiato simple using instant coffee

How to make caramel macchiato at home without coffee machine. Simple and easy! Using instant coffee.

Ingredients:
-5gr/1tsp instant coffee granule
-1tbsp caramel sauce
-125ml fresh milk
-milk foam (optional)
-some ice cube

Note: you can make a milk foam by shaking it. Put cold milk into a jar, shake for 30s.
