Mozambican Piri Piri Chicken 🇲🇿

The piri piri chicken has its influences from the Portuguese cuisine but has been perfected using the bird’s eye chili in Mozambique. This type of grill chicken tends to be slightly more spicier but the flavor from the marinade will make your mouth water literally.

The Piri Piri sauce has an additional use of blended scotch whisky which is optional but adds to a wonderful flavor profile. It can be had alongside flavored rice, lemons and birds eye chili.
