Eggless Chocolate Chip Muffin
Super Easy & Quick Recipe with very simple ingredients. No mixer & no need to keep batter in the fridge.
✔️Ingredients
1 cup [240 ml] fresh milk
1/2 cup [120 ml] vegetable oil
1 cup [200 grams] granulated sugar
3 cups [384 grams] all purpose flour
1 tbsp [15 grams] baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
80-100 grams chocolate chips (amount as desired)
*brown sugar (optional for top sprinkle)
✴️Substitute for fresh milk - evaporated milk, almond milk, whole milk
✴️For anyone who wish to add eggs, yes you may add 1 to 2 pieces eggs.
🎛Preheat oven, bake @ 220C for 5 mins.
then reduce to 180C & bake for another 15-20 mins
