Doing a unboxing & First
Doing a unboxing & First Impressions of the EAA Windicator .357 Mag 4" in Nickel. All in all a nice gun that can be used for target shooting, camping/hiking or even concealed carry.
Fit and finish was really good and the trigger was surprsingly outstanding. Only draw back to the gun was the no frills case it came in and the front and rear sights are nickel color like the frame. So it is going to be hard to pick up the sights. To fix that I am going to paint them using a product from http://www.brightsights.com (check them out).
If your looking for a quailty .357 at a affordable price look on further. Some of EAA's other revolvers (the blue'd ones) are alloy or pot metal. These are steel, are built to last and made by the Germans. A really good gun, it will serve as my night stand gun and hiking gun. I might from time to time conceal carry it too but mainly it will serve as a night stand gun. The gun locks up tight I really couldnt have asked for more.
Gun was $310.00 out the door from grabagun.com.
