Bruce Brown is the best defensive guard in the class of 2016. It's no coincidence that Vermont Academy and his summer team (BABC EYBL) are among the best defensive teams in the country. He consistently shuts down the opposing team's best players, all while buying into the team philosophy. He also has the ability to guard all five positions. The 6'4 combo is dynamic on offense too; He excels in ball screens, on the block with his back to the basket, and in transition. His progression in the last 3 months have been obvious, we know he is underrated because people don't value defense the way NBA GM's do.
