"Pippa is the sassiest, most courageous, unstoppable little girl you will ever meet. She's just wonderful." We shared Pippa's story on BBC Countryfile, it's a difficult one but really important in showing how your donations to BBC Children in Need make a difference. Pippa was born with Epidermolysis Bullosa, a rare genetic skin condition causing blisters all over her skin. The condition makes even the simplest of tasks difficult and painful. While treatment is available, it often causes more pain, regularly bringing Pippa to tears. Walking causes more blisters, so Pippa needs a wheelchair to get around. But, the pain caused on her hands by a manual wheelchair means she can't take part in all of the activities like chasing her friends around the playground, often leaving her feeling left out. Thankfully, your donations have helped us to fund New Life a charity providing much needed specialist equipment for children like Pippa whose families might otherwise be unable to afford it. New Life were able to provide Pippa with a power wheelchair - which she named Tiger Tracks - to give her some real independence. Moving without pain is something many of us would take for granted. To Pippa, it's been life changing. Your donations make that possible. Help us change lives across the UK: donate.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/social
