Setting up MT4 from scratch is a pain in the ass. But when your computer crashes, or you get a second computer, this is what you usually had to do.

But not anymore. This video will show you how to backup your current MT4 install to Dropbox so you can have a backup and even use it on multiple computers.

This video will also show you how to backup your indicators, EAs and templates to Dropbox. After build 600, MT4 started saving these files to the user profile in Windows. This means that they do not get backed up to Dropbox.

With one simple trick, you can get around this issue and make sure that everything is backed up properly. This video will also show you the limitations of using Dropbox and when you will have to upgrade to the Pro account.
