As if I started this weight loss journey in November, and I've lost a whole 14lbs (1 stone) by the first week of February on Slimming World!  Go me!

Food is SOOOO expensive right now, and not being prepared for your week ahead can only lead to disaster.  It will cost you more money to buy ready meals, prepped food or food from a cafe/takeaway AND will likely derail any weight loss because you're not in control of the ingredients.  

I've found that spending just a bit extra on my food shopping, will save me (and Dan) so much over the course of each week!  We're saving about £5 each per day on lunch, another £3-4/day on breakfast so.......we're quids in! 😄

Having tried other weight loss plans, keto, fasting, calorie deficit...nothing has helped since I put weight on during lockdown.  Slimming World is the only thing that I can easily stick to and is giving me results.
