🍲 Here as promised are all the recipes I make in this video listed in order of appearance 🍜 Recipes that I remind you, have all been revisited a bit by me! 🫕 Kimchi-jigae: 🇰🇷 Ingredients: (for 3 people) A good slab of plain tofu (or not if you prefer when it's tasty hehe) Some shrimps (same as a normal package you can buy in supermarkets) A can of kimchi (sweet or spicy according to your taste) A white onion A leek Rice cakes, tteok, about ten. (+ if you live for tteok lol). Gochujang (1.5 tablespoons, add more if you like chili a lot). Ground garlic. Sugar (1 tablespoon). Preparation: very simple! * Heat 2/3 of the pot that you will use to simmer the stew. Wash and cut the onion, the leek, the tofu and the shrimps. Make the chili sauce: mix 1,5 CAS of gochujang, 1 CAS of sugar, a teaspoon of ground garlic, a little sesame if you like. Mix the sauce with water when it boils. Add the leek, chopped onion and kimchi to the mixture. Finally, add the shrimp, tofu and tteok. Let it simmer on low heat for 1 hour for more taste, then let it rest quietly before tasting! 😋 🍛Veggie Japanese Curry: 🇯🇵 Ingredients: (for 2 people). 2 carrots. 1 large potato. 1 large white onion. 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste. 1 cube of Japanese curry HOT mix. (Or medium or soft if you don't like the spice). Rice (as you like, I make a good glass). I eat it without meat but you can of course fry some chicken or pork or something else on the side! Preparation: allow time! wash your vegetables and cut them (potatoes in dices, carrots in thick slices, and onions in strips). Brown your onions (with butter or oil) in a frying pan, once reduced, add 1,5 CAS of tomato concentrate + add just enough water to cover your onions. Add the Japanese curry cube and stir until dissolved. Blend the sauce in a blender until it is smooth and homogeneous. Then add your sauce to a large pot, add your potatoes and carrots and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes (until the vegetables are cooked). You can add more water if you see the sauce reducing too much! Otherwise, don't hesitate to lower the heat, it should be too high! :p Once it's cooked, bon appétit! 🍜 Ramen: 🇰🇷 Ingredients: One package of ramen: my favorite is the buldak carbonara flavor (the pink one) 🤤 One egg Shredded cheese Tteok Kimchi (on the side, optional) Seaweed leaves (also as a side dish). Preparation: Heat the water level indicated on your ramen package, and add your noodles directly into it. Pour the sauce and the food powder provided for this purpose, let it boil for 5 minutes. Add your egg and grated. Prepare your sides Dish, and it's done! 🍲 Tteokbokki: 🇰🇷 Ingredients: Tteok. (I take 10 by myself when I'm hungry, so your choice). One white onion. One egg. A green pepper if you have, I didn't have any :'( Gochujang (1,5 tablespoon, add more if you like chilli a lot). Ground garlic. Sugar (1 tablespoon). Sesame seeds. Sesame oil. Preparation: Easy! Boil water and add your tteok. Chop onion and green chili. Make your sauce (same process as for the one used in the kimchi jjiagae). Once your tteok are cooked (the time varies between 5 and 10 minutes), put them under cold water. Heat a little water and add the sauce, your onion and chili pepper then add the tteok. Fry for 5 minutes. Make a soft-boiled egg. Serve it and enjoy!
