Mexican Style Street Corn (Elote) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh corn on the cob
mayonnaise
cotija cheese / parmesan cheese / feta cheese
chili lime spice or chili powder
limes - juice and zest
wood skewers

Cook corn on the cob. You can boil for 10-15 minutes or place
on the grill.
Insert wood skewer in end of cob for handle.
Coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with spice.
Serve as appetizer, side dish or snack!
Enjoy.
