Fed chair warns high interest rates could impact economic growth

Federal Reserve Jerome Powell testified in both the Senate and the House Tuesday saying that while the economy is strong, holding interest rates too high for too long could jeopardize further economic growth. NBC’s Brian Cheung reports for TODAY.
