Follow these steps, you can make yummy pork.😋😋 洋蔥茄汁豬扒 Onion pork chop in tomato ketchup ⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 洋蔥茄汁豬扒 材料: 急凍豬扒3塊 洋蔥1個 薑1舊 芫荽1棵 處理: 1. 急凍豬扒,清水解凍。 2. 洋蔥,1開4,去皮,清水洗乾淨。 3. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨。 4. 洋蔥,切幼條,撕開一條條。 5. 薑,磨蓉。 6. 豬扒解凍後,倒去水分,加入粗鹽1茶匙,乸3分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。 7. 豬扒,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾。 8. 揸出薑汁在豬扒內,撈勻。 9. 加入調味料: a. 紹興酒半湯匙 b. 生抽半湯匙,撈勻。 c. 生粉半湯匙,撈勻。 d. 油少量 撈勻,醃15分鐘。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 2. 轉中慢火。 3. 放豬扒落鑊,煎香。 4. 豬扒,大約煎了2分鐘,已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。 5. 豬扒,兩面都已煎至金黃色,轉大火,煎1分鐘。 6. 豬扒,放上碟。 7. 倒起油在碗內。 8. 廚紙抹乾淨鑊。 9. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 10. 轉中慢火。 11. 放洋蔥炒至軟身。 12. 洋蔥已炒至金黃色,加入清水200毫升,大火滾起。 13. 加入: a. 糖半茶匙 b. 茄汁2湯匙 攪勻,試一試味,再加入: a. 鹽少許 b. 茄汁1湯匙 攪勻。 14. 洋蔥已煮好,放在豬扒的另一邊。 15. 放上芫荽碎。 16. 完成,可享用。 Onion pork chop in tomato ketchup Ingredients: Frozen pork chop 3 Nos. Onion 1 No. Ginger 1 No. Coriander 1 No. Preparation: 1. Frozen pork chop, defrost in tap water. 2. Onion, divide it into 4 shares. Get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. 3. Ginger get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. 4. Onion, thinly shred. Separate it pieces by pieces. 5. Ginger, get it minced. 6. The pork has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tsp of cooking salt, season for 3 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it. 7. The pork, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. 8. Squeeze some ginger juice into the pork, mix well. 9. Add seasoning: a. Shaoxing wine 0.5 tbsp b. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp, mix well. c. Tapioca starch 0.5 tbsp, mix well. d. Oil little Mix well. Season for 15 minutes. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Turn to medium-low flame. 3. Put pork in wok. Fry well. 4. The pork, has been fried for 2 minutes, it has been turned into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 5. Pork chop, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, turn to high flame. Fry for a minute. 6. The pork chop, put on plate. 7. Pour the oil into a bowl. 8. Dry the wok with kitchen towels. 9. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 10. Turn to medium-low flame. 11. Put onion, fry it until it turns soft. 12. Onion has been fried into golden yellow, add in 200ml of water. Heat up at high flame. 13. Add in: a. Sugar 0.5 tsp b. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp Mix well. Taste it. Add in: a. Salt little b. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Mix well. 14. Onion has been cooked well, put it next to the pork. 15. Put coriander cubes on top. 16. Complete.
