2 lbs pork loin ribs (pork ribs)
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp white pepper or black pepper
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp paprika
1 small egg
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 small red onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp cooking wine
4 tbsp water
6 tsp sugar
1/2 cup banana ketchup or tomato catsup
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
Cornstarch slurry
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Spicy Popcorn Chicken)
3 medium chicken breast (bite-sized)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1-2 eggs
Flour
1 stick unsalted butter
3 tbsp chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp honey (optional)
