Cold Rice and Tuna Salad
1 cup cooked cold rice
1 4 oz. Can Tuna (preferably white)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped
1/2 cup Frozen Peas Defrosted
1 Stalk Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1-2 Tablespoon mustard
1-2 Tablespoons Pickle Relish
Onion Powder to Taste (forgot to show this in the vlog...lol)
Ground Pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least several hours to meld flavors!
Serve over Salad greens if you prefer...Enjoy!
