Child support when obligor is intentionally under-employed

Rebecca & Josephine Pearson adopted a child while they were together. Now that they're divorced, Rebecca is seeking support to help her take care of the child. Josephine has purposefully quit her higher paying job and taken a lower paying one, in order to pay less in child support...or so she thinks.
