INNO3D RTX 3060 Artifacts repair.

The card was showing artifacts at boot. It failed MATS test, and one memory chip needed replacing. Job complete and testing with God of War shows card works as expected. Now that the new memory chip has leaded solder, it should last longer than the previous one did.
