Last month, we were invited to the launch event for the new Subaru Crosstrek – after a delightful off roading session, and time to get behind the wheel, Pat from Road Wars invited us back to take another run of the off road track in the Solterra, as there was something we’d missed on our review that transforms it’s off roading experience…
On first glance, the Solterra strikes a pose with its robust and dynamic exterior. The design speaks Subaru’s language of adventure with added modern twists suitable for an electric vehicle. Its sturdy build is complemented by sleek, aerodynamic lines that not only reduce drag but also enhance its rugged appeal. The protective cladding and ample ground clearance invite you to take it off the beaten path, while the unique headlight design ensures visibility is never compromised.
Step inside, and the Solterra welcomes you with a cabin crafted from sustainable materials, reflecting its eco-friendly ethos. The spacious interior is both futuristic and functional, equipped with a cutting-edge infotainment system boasting a large touchscreen interface that integrates seamlessly with smartphones.
