March 13 was an off
March 13 was an off day for Roger. I checked the practice schedule the night before and the morning on 13th, he was not scheduled to practice. However, at around 1:30PM I overheard a staff telling a fan that Roger is coming to practice court 2 at 3:00PM, I dashed to the practice court and parked by the fence. It was the same court I filmed Roger's practice last year (also posted here). At the end of the practice, I got Roger's autograph on a Swiss cross shirt. Another successful day.
Roger's practice partner that day was Felix Auger-Aliassime, the young Canadian player who beated Pospisil in the first round.
Funny enough, Caroline Wozniacki showed up on the next practice court a few moments after Roger arrived. Again, it was just like last year.
Indian Wells is tennis paradise this time of the year.
