This is a great documentary if you love the National Geographic magazines and admire adventurers and exploration.
It covers a variety of expeditions and places of wonder including Egypt, the Amazon, astronomy and the depths of the ocean. The Titanic wreck features at a time when we have just seen the loss of 5 people in June 2023, risking and losing their lives in a submersible to see the Titanic on the ocean floor.
The NG celebrated 100 years in 1988 and this video was recorded in 1988 on UK TV by me.
