Ingredients:
2 medium - Potato boiled, peeled, and mashed
200 gms - Paneer grated or cottage cheese (Optional)
1 small - Onion peeled and diced
1 medium - Red bell pepper
1 medium - Carrot diced
1 cup - Green Peas (boiled)
4 - Green chilli chopped
1 teaspoon - Paprika ( or Red chili powder)
1 teaspoon - Cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon - Chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves
6 slices - White or brown bread
3 teaspoon - Oil to brush the bread rolls
2 tablespoons - Oil to cook the stuffing
