25 minute yin yoga slow flow. A slow flow practice to open up the lower body and increase flexibility

Hello Yoga Fam! This slow flow yoga practice is yin inspired. Many of the poses today are yin postures that we flow through. Your lower body is going to feel lovely after this one! Perfect if you're short on time, a beginner or looking for a yin practice without the longer holds. We flow through poses such as, pigeon, fire log, shoe lace and deer pose. There are 2 downward facing dogs, but nothing that we hold in great length.
