As someone who loves desserts, it's not easy to lose weight, so I made healthy desserts.
A dessert you can eat without feeling guilty, tiramisu made with tofu!
Let’s make a delicious diet dessert with tofu.

▶Ingredients
★2 mold sizes 300ml, 11 X 11 X 4.5 cm★
250g tofu
120g Greek yogurt
30g Allulose
30g honey
30g lemon juice
50g water
4g coffee powder
4g Allulose
Coffee essence 2g
50 g oatmeal
▶How to make
1. Mix coffee powder, warm water, allulose, and coffee essence well.
2. Put oatmeal in the bottom of a flat, square container and fill it with the coffee syrup from step 1.
3. Mix tofu, Greek yogurt, allulose, honey, and lemon juice to make a soft cream.
4. Fill container 2 with the cream from step 3.
5. After refrigerating for more than 3 hours, add cocoa powder to the top.
