COMBO OF THE DAY + 30-Minute Boxing Workout
This at home workout uses a boxing combo that is simple to learn.
Use this combo for this 30-minute at home punching bag workout.
I combine 3 leg exercises that can be done with our without dumbbells.
Each round is 1 minutes with a 15 second rest so there is not down time!
The warm up includes squats and lunges while wrapping your hands.
