Between June 1984 and August 1985, serial killer and rapist Richard Ramirez, a.k.a. “The Night Stalker” terrorized parts of Los Angeles and San Francisco, California. He killed 14 people including a 9 year old which was his first vitctim which he raped, beat, stabbed to death and then hung from her from a pipe. Ramirez, who was born on Feb. 29, 1960, died in June 2013 of complications from B-cell lymphoma while awaiting execution. He was 60 years old.
