This video shows the majority of what I do to workout. I couldn't fit everything into one video so I will try to make other videos to show you dolls! I'm on a mission to loose this weight. I would love to one day get below 200lbs. I have tried and failed but this year I am determined. Will you join me to watch me reach this milestone? I hope to motivate and encourage others.
