The Star Fruit tree is a low maintenance tree that will yield an abundance of fruit. In Central Florida it will yield fruit twice a year; once in the summer and again in late fall to early winter. You can prune the tree to maintain shape and size. The fruit is rich in Vitamins A,B and C and several minerals and has high amounts of antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties.
