(it's enough to make 1/4 of the sause, if you will make it for the cake only)

2 tbsp of honey (I took 50 g)

180 g of buttermilk
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
For decoration:
3 apples
250 ml of water
4 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of gelatin
1.5 tbsp of water
The cake is 2.5 kg
