VLC: simple subtitle synchronization

A simple and fast method in order to sync subtitles and audio with VLC : three key are sufficient !

It uses three keyboard shortcuts :
- Press "Shift-H" when you hear a sentence (place an audio bookmark)
- Press "Shift-J" when you read the same sentence in the subtitles (place a subtitle bookmark)
- Then, press "Shift-K" in order to automatically correct the delay between the audio and the subtitles

You can also press "Shift-J" before "Shit-H" if the subtitles are in advance relatively to the audio.
