This Metropolis Penthouse underwent an interior redesign to ensure residents a luxurious living experience with its minimalist design. Perched on a high floor, boasting a central location and incredible vistas, this upscale condominium in the heart of Hanoi initially suffered from a lack of harmony, coherence, and defining features.
The apartment aimed to take advantage of its unique feature, the high ceiling space, and maximize the efficiency of the technical systems located below the swimming pool. As a result, there was an engaging blend of different ceiling heights in different functional areas, accentuating the architectural design rather than focusing solely on ornamentation.
The goal was to create a spacious, contemporary, and sophisticated setting that catered to the residents' lifestyle - individuals who desired a blend of exclusive, lavish amenities and a place to host gatherings and interact with friends, as well as for younger family members.
In addition, the apartment strived to capture the very essence of minimalist design by avoiding unnecessary decorations, ensuring that unique items were showcased and ready to be displayed or rotated within the owner's art collection.
