Ingredients:
Nicoise Salad Dressing:
1 garlic clove
3 anchovies
1 tsp capers
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ shallot.
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 kumoto tomatoes
4 radishes
½ lb creamer potatoes
6 oz green beans
4 medium eggs
Boston letters
1 cup Nicoise olives
2 cans tuna in olive oil
8 anchovies
1 tbsp capers
