I also experienced for you what kind of change would occur by removing the old size 215/55 R18 Rims and Tires and installing 225/55 R19 Rims and Tires instead. By applying 2 cm thick spacers separately for all four wheels, we achieved a great result in my opinion.
I would like to point out right away that I deliberately kept the tire size at the maximum possible level. My advice to you is to set your maximum tire choice as 235/50 R19.
