اليوم هعلمكم طريقة جميلة جدا للمكرونة لسان العصفور مع اللحمة والفلفل الالوان شبه الطجين ممكن تعملوها في حلة أو في الفرن و هيطلع معاكي احلي والذ طاجين مكرونة في الفرن والمكونات كلها بسيطة جدا متوفرة في كل بيت 👌😋

١/٢ كيلو مكرونة لسان العصفور او شعريه
١/٢ كيلو لحم قطع
١٠٠ جرام زيت او سمن
٢٠٠ جرام فلفل الوان شرايح
٢٠٠ جرام بصل شرايح
٤٠ جرام ثوم مفروم (حسب الرغبة)
٣٠ جرام فلفل حار 🌶️
٥٠ جرام بقدونس مفروم
البهارات والتوابل
١ معلقة ملح او مرقة لحم
١ معلقة كمون بودر
١ معلقة كسبرة بودر
١/٢ معلقة شطة
١/٢ معلقة فلفل اسود

200 grams of bell pepper, sliced
200 grams of sliced onions
40g minced garlic (to taste)
30 grams of hot pepper 🌶️
50 grams of chopped parsley
spices and seasonings
1 tablespoon of salt or meat stock
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon of chili
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
