This is a easy and yummy preparation of chawali greens/ amaranth leaves. Regular use of amaranth in our food prevents the deficiency of vitamins A, B1, B2 and C, Iron and Potassium. Besides this there are n number of health benefits of Chawali/ Amaranth leaves. These leaves are readily available in most parts of India and to my surprise, I also found them in Farmer's Market in Upstate New York.
