EASY peach sorbet! Dairy free,
EASY peach sorbet! Dairy free, gluten free, vegan!
Ingredients
- 5 ish cups of frozen peaches
- 1 cup coconut cream/ milk frozen into cubes
- 1 cup vegan heavy cream or whipping cream (I used Silk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (more if you want it sweeter!)
This tastes very much like peaches and cream with a little sweetness, I'd like to sub sweetened condensed coconut milk next time to see if it would taste more like ice cream!
