Sure, here's a recipe for nettle buns that are cooked in the village:

Ingredients:

2 cups of nettle leaves, washed and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
1/4 cup of warm water
1 cup of warm milk
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 egg
4-5 cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions:

In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the nettle leaves for a few minutes until they're wilted. Add honey and salt, and stir until everything is well combined. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until it becomes frothy.

Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg to the yeast mixture, and whisk everything together.

Gradually add the flour to the bowl, mixing the dough with a wooden spoon until it becomes too difficult to stir. Then, turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Add the nettle mixture to the dough, and knead it in until it's well incorporated. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it's doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little bit of space between each ball.

Let the buns rise again for about 15-20 minutes.

Bake the buns in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they're golden brown.

Let the buns cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
